- Each turn you receive a turn file. Open it in WCView.
- Give orders to your units and cities, then save.
- Send the turn back. The computer plays everyone's orders at once, and your next turn shows the result.
A word about how this was made
The original game took roughly ten years of work by many developers and players. This edition was rebuilt for modern Windows with the help of AI tools, chiefly Claude, made by Anthropic, with people making the decisions. We would rather tell you up front. The full note is on page 2 of the rule book.
